AVAILABILITY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DAILY AND DATES ARE ONLY TENTATIVELY HELD UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY TO GIVE YOU AN OPPORTUNITY Fill out THE HIRE M|E FORM AND PAY A DEPOSIT. Please upload and send us all your party Details and ideas!! The more the better!

 

Dates fill up quickly, SO secure your date with a deposit as soon as you are able to.

A date reservation CONFIRMATION WILL BE EMAILED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

 

Balloons

Balloon Décor is CUSTOMIZED ACCORDING TO THEME/COLORS  (Biodegradable latex balloons up to FOUR COLORS; each additional color choice over four colors is $15.00) 

METALLIC BALLOONS, MYLAR BALLOONS, PAPER FANS, CONFETTI BALLOONS, and all non-balloon embellishments are additional!

Balloon Mosaics

Q: How long does it take to build a mosaic?

A: 4-5 Foot mosaics can take up to 6 hours from start to finish.

 

Q: Why are mosaics priced so high?

A: Mosaics are handcrafted from start to finish. Each project can utilize multiple color and multiple size balloons. Balloons can even be double stuffed to create a unique color specialized for you. A 5 foot mosaic can utilize over 200 balloons without double stuffing. All of these additions plus labor equates to a higher price point.

 

Q: How long do the balloons stay inflated for?

A: Balloons can last up to 4 or 5 days at room temperature & out of direct sunlight.

 

Q: What materials do you use to create the mosaics?

A: High quality foam-core boards, High Quality Biodegradable Latex Balloons, Custom Die Cut Accessories.

 

Install Conditions

We install: Indoor, outdoor​ on backdrops, grass walls, ceilings, stages, and more

in garages, clubs, homes, yards, restaurants, condos, basements, rooftops and more

We do not install in active inclement weather. 

Please be mindful, it is your responsibility to check the weather for your celebrations and make alternate plans for any installations that may be affected by weather conditions. We do not make any decisions about setup absent active inclement weather (meaning if its not raining/hailing/snowing at the time of your install we will happily install where you please)

Your celebration's venue, and setup logistics (where to place your arrangements), are your sole discretion be sure to

check the weather,

and check the weather again for your outside events because we will install the balloons where you dictate without consideration for pending weather. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you understand that we do not assume any responsibility for arrangements that are exposed to inclement weather; rain, foggy conditions, extreme heat, and prolonged direct sunlight.

DEPOSIT & Payment 

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings - Please note that all deposits are non-refundable

Final payment is due five (5) days prior to your event set up.

Monica Elise Design LLC is a registered business in the state of Georgia.

Party Décor Packages,  services & rentals are taxable at a rate of 8.25% per GA Law.

 

INVOICES WITH PAYMENT LINKS ARE E-MAILED OUT THE WEEK OF YOUR Event which MUST BE PAID Five (5) Days PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT IF THE INVOICE IS NOT PAID 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT SET UP TIME. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT IF WE CANCEL YOUR EVENT DUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF THE FINAL INVOICE IN A TIMELY MANNER. Monica Elise Designs accepts: CASH APP, ZELLE, PAYPAL, OR Venmo FOR FINAL PAYMENTS.

CLIENT Responsibilities

*Client provides: food, cake, contents for provided favor boxes/bags, and party entertainment, We’ll handle Balloon design & décor!

 (Please ask if you want or need something not listed.)*

Please note that some of our décor items will most likely be picked up 1-2 days after your event if same day pick up is not scheduled. Regardless of the day of pick up, it is the client’s responsibility to Pop Balloons, pack all Décor, props and stands & move all party furnishings to a secure weatherproof area for pick up.

Refunds

No refunds - in the absence of a natural disaster - (not including Covid-10 Pandemic)

No refunds due to inclement weather. It is imperative that you monitor  and check the weather for your upcoming outside events, especially rainy, windy or very sunny areas.

No...rain won't pop balloons but may cause them to stick together, or may cause any hooks or adhesives to lose their grips,  Be sure to check your forecast and plan accordingly!

We are not responsible for arrangements damaged once we have installed and left the premises

We are not liable for situations resulting from insufficient prep, and setup time-that is less than the minimum required for the specific job
